3 Healthy and Easy Overnight Breakfasts Ideas

Breakfast is one of my favorites parts of the day. I literary think about it from the moment I open my eyes. It gives you the energy and motivation to start your day.

If you are like me and love breakfast or are trying your best to start implementing having breakfast this 2021, then I have three healthy, delicious, and easy overnight breakfast ideas.

These breakfast ideas are the perfect combination. Healthy and nutritious to keep you healthy and strong. Easy, so you don’t need any special cooking skills to make them. And you leave them overnight! This is perfect if you have a busy morning on your way to work or class, even if that looks like taking classes or working through a zoom meeting.

Hopefully, these breakfast ideas will make you hungry and will motivate you to make them. I love these recipes, and I can guarantee you that if you try them, you will love them too.

1.) Overnight Oats

Let me tell you that once you begin to eat overnight oats, there is no turning back. I am telling you, you will get obsessed.

They are delicious, healthy, and easy. They are perfect.

There are many different recipes depending on your needs and preferences; that’s what makes them unique.

My favorite overnight oats recipe is made with rolled oats, peanut butter, banana, almond milk, raisins, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, and walnuts. This might be too much for some people; it is a heavy breakfast, but I workout before having them.

Here I share the most similar recipe that I found, but honestly, you can add them whatever you like.

And like I mentioned before, there are recipes if your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle, eat something sweet, eat something savory, and more.

The best thing about this recipe is that you make it the night before, so in the morning, all you have to do is wake up and enjoy your breakfast.

2.) Oatmeal Waffles

Who doesn’t likes waffles? I think everyone likes waffles. If you don’t, then that’s because you haven’t tried some delicious oatmeal waffles topped with peanut butter and banana.

Oatmeal waffles have something that eating them makes you happy. One of the best things is to have oatmeal waffles for breakfast while sitting outside.

The great thing about oatmeal waffles is that you can make them in advance, even for the whole week. They are also extremely healthy, and they taste like happiness.

They are easy to make. For the mix, All you need is oats, an egg, banana, baking powder, almond milk, and if you want, you can add walnuts and pumpkin seeds as I do.

In the morning, all you have to do is reheat them. I like to add some delicious toppings to my waffles. I add peanut butter with banana, chia, and honey, but you can add anything you want.

3.) Overnight wrap

A wrap? Aren’t those for burritos only?

Let me tell you that wraps are delicious for breakfast. And the best thing about them is that you can make them the way you want.

If you prefer savory breakfasts, you can have an avocado and egg wrap for breakfast, although in that case, you wouldn’t be able to leave it overnight, at least not the egg.

If you prefer a sweet breakfast to accompany your black coffee, then you can leave it overnight. There are many options here.

I like to make mine with peanut butter, banana, and my favorite nuts and seeds. In the mornings, all I have to do is add a little bit of coconut oil to the pan and then heat it there.

Sometimes we live so quickly and stressed out that we don’t give breakfast the importance it deserves. I am here to encourage you to live a healthy and happy life, and believe it or nor having breakfast is a part of that.

Not having enough time in the mornings shouldn’t be an excuse, because as you can see, there are some delicious, healthy, and easy things you can make overnight.

Being a college student or working takes a lot of time, but you can make these breakfast ideas in less than 10 minutes, and THE NIGHT BEFORE!

Start working on it. Just try it, then you won’t be able to keep on your day without breakfast.
